The rules below are enforced by the ROIPlan and PartnerSplitter contracts. This page explains them; the contracts are the agreement.
The 100 USDT term5% a day · 40 days
A 100 USDT top-up registers your wallet and starts a term. ROI accrues in whole days from the term start at 5% a day, and stops after 40 days or when the term has paid 200 USDT — 2× the top-up — whichever comes first. Only one term can run at a time, and a new top-up is allowed only after the current one ends. Your first top-up fixes your sponsor for good; later sponsor arguments are ignored.
Referral ROI bonus+1% a day per direct
Every unique direct wallet that has topped up raises your daily rate by one percentage point, up to 10%: no directs 5%, one 6%, two 7%, three 8%, four 9%, five or more 10%. A wallet counts once, however often it tops up.
Level income25% of every top-up
25% of every top-up, including every later top-up, is split across 100 levels and paid to active uplines. Each of your directs unlocks ten levels for you, up to all 100 with ten directs. The split is fixed and a top-up triggers it immediately.

Royalty pool3% normal · 2% super, daily
5% of every top-up goes to a royalty pot, split 3% normal and 2% super. Normal is shared equally by royalty holders: wallets with 10 or more active directs and a first top-up inside the last 100 days. A member's own term must be active too; when it ends, that member's royalty pauses until the next top-up. Super is shared equally by royalty holders with two or more direct referrals that are themselves royalty holders; those wallets keep both shares. Top-ups during a UTC day are split at 00:00 UTC on the following day among the wallets eligible at that moment. Falling below a threshold before the boundary loses that day, days missed are never paid later, and the 100-day window never restarts.
Fees and splits5% fee · 5 USDT minimum
Each top-up is split 25% level income, 5% royalty (3% normal + 2% super) and 70% to the ROI pool. Withdrawals carry a 5% creator fee taken from the gross amount, with a 5 USDT minimum on the gross amount. The creator fee is the creator's only revenue and is divided between partners by a separate contract, PartnerSplitter, which never holds member balances.
Withdrawals are pull paymentsYou sign, it pays
The contract never sends money on its own. You call withdraw from your own wallet and it pays the ROI, level and royalty amounts it holds for you, minus the fee. If a transaction fails, nothing moves and your balances stay where they are.
No custody, no reversalFinal on confirmation
The app holds no keys and no funds, and there is no server that can act for you. A confirmed transaction is final: no support team, partner or administrator can cancel it, reverse it, or send funds back. A transfer to the wrong address or the wrong network cannot be undone.
No accounts, no personal dataWallet is the login
There is no sign-up, no email and no profile, and no database behind this app. Your wallet address is the only identifier, and everything the app shows is read from the public chain, where anyone can see it too.
